About the role
Lead BCBA role with caseload + supervisory + training responsibilities. You oversee 4 BCBAs and ~12 RBTs across two locations. Half your week is direct case work; half is training, supervision, and program development. Clinician-owned with no corporate overlord.
Requirements
- BCBA in good standing, 5+ years post-cert
- Track record supervising BCaBAs / RBTs
- Comfortable building training curricula
- Crisis intervention experience
- LBA Texas license required
