About the role
Join a 12-RBT team serving 30 kids ages 2–8 across early-intervention and school-readiness programs. We pair every new RBT with a tenured mentor for the first 6 weeks and protect 4 hours of weekly direct supervision (not the 5% minimum — actual coaching).
Requirements
- Current RBT certification (or in-progress with exam within 60 days)
- High-school diploma, AA preferred
- Reliable transportation for in-home cases
- Open to occasional in-school consultation
