About the role
We're a clinician-owned ABA practice in Austin serving 90 kids and growing. We do real verbal-behavior intervention — no scripts, no point-systems, no high-billing-hour pressure. Your supervisor is a BCBA-D with 12 years of clinical experience and we protect non-billable time for proper case prep.
This is a senior-track BCBA role with full clinical autonomy, a CEU budget that actually covers conferences, and a parent-training Friday that the whole team participates in.
Requirements
- BCBA certification, in good standing
- 2+ years post-cert experience
- Texas LBA license (or willing to obtain within 90 days)
- Comfortable with verbal-behavior framework + naturalistic teaching
